Resource Center

The Chamber of Commerce recognizes the need small businesses have for resources they could not obtain on their own. The new Resource Center provides a one-stop shop for business tools, resources and services.

Within the resource center, members will find:

  • Economic Development Resources
  • Demographic Information
  • Gwinnett Public Library On-Line
  • Reference Materials and periodicals
  • Directories, Publications and Maps
  • Sales leads and tools for target marketing
  • High Speed Internet Access

Members are encouraged to visit the resource center if they:

  • Want to expand their reach in Gwinnett
  • Need up-to-date demographic information
  • Would like to start a new business
  • Want to grow a small business
  • Hope to discover new business opportunities
  • Want to customize mailing and targeted marketing lists
  • Want to gain access to the latest technology
  • Need reliable statistics on Gwinnett and beyond
  • Want to locate available land for building projects

The Resource Center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, contact Donna McBee, donna(at)gwinnettchamber.org

To become familiar with using the Resource Center to conduct business research, you can view the Resource Center Tutorial from your home or office, or when you visit the Chamber for your appointment. This is a 26-minute tutorial that will teach you how to access the databases that are available to you. You must have the Windows Media Player and the TechSmith Codec installed in order to view the tutorial.

To install the codec and view the tutorial:

   1. Click the TechSmith link to install the Windows Media Player video compressor.
       This process lets you run and install the codec, and view the tutorial.
       Click the Run, Install, and OK buttons to complete the installation.
   2. Click the Resource Center Tutorial to begin.
