About the Topic:  

This month join us as we hear from attorneys Todd Wozniak and Lindsey Edelmann from Greenberg Traurig, LLP about “The Top Ten Labor & Employment Issues for 2009.” Wozniak and Edelmann will identify the top 10 (or so) issues to watch next year and identify some steps employers can take now to get prepared. Some of the issues can expect to learn more about are The Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA), The ADA Amendments Act of 2008, The Civil Rights Act of 2008, Misclassification of Independent Contractors, Amendments to Family Medical Leave Act and much more.
