Your Involvement

Through this committee, you will become engaged in education issues as they intersect with the local business community.

You will participate in school functions, career days and educational seminars. You will help place teachers in Gwinnett and connect students with learning opportunities. You will help coordinate in career days, teacher workshops, job fairs and scholarship programs.

Your Reward

Your full participation in the Education Forum will facilitate communication with those on the front lines of education at every level: teachers, administrators, students, innovators in education, policy-makers and thought leaders.

You'll have the opportunity to influence key decision-makers and witness first-hand the inner workings of the educational system. You'll be reminded of the valuable impact education has on Gwinnett's strong workforce. Above all, you will enjoy the satisfaction of helping ensure that Gwinnett County schools maintain their standard of excellence for future generations.

The Education Forum meets the fourth Tuesday of every month during the school year at 8:00 a.m. in the Chamber's John D. Stephens Education Center.
